Working lives of teachers and leaders: wave 2 summary report

The second wave of the working lives of teachers and leaders survey was carried out between 2 February and 11 May 2023 with teachers and leaders in state schools in England.

It was conducted by IFF Research on behalf of the Department for Education (DfE).

The summary report summarises the findings from wave 2 of the study, including:

• flexible working
• workload
• wellbeing
• professional development
• career plans
